Vegard Kvaale — Joining Gotham Volleyball in 2019 is one of the best decisions I have made. Not only have I had so much fun playing on some great teams. I have also been fortunate to meet amazing people that are now some of my closest friends. Coming from Norway without much of a network here, this has been incredibly valuable. Now I feel ready to captain a team and hopefully contribute to others having a similar experience. My goal, if elected, is to create an inclusive and fun space where everyone can feel a real sense of team spirit and belonging.
