Sam Mehta — Ever since joining Gotham 4 yrs ago, I’ve always wanted to once serve as a captain. One reason for this being that the team captain plays a pivotal role in helping shape the experience of a new Gotham member. As a captain I hope to welcome LGBTQA volleyballers who are craving the experience of belonging to more than just a volleyball team but a community that eventually also functions as a support system.
