I’m excited to run for Captain again because I had an incredible experience leading a team this past season. It was truly rewarding to build camaraderie, support my teammates, and create a positive and competitive environment. If elected, I’m looking forward to continuing to foster strong sportsmanship, teamwork, and a fun atmosphere for everyone involved.

This past season was my first time in Gotham and going in, I wasn’t totally sure what to expect. But I was met with such a great group of people who welcomed me in and made it feel easy to be part of the community. Going into next season, I’d love to be a larger part of that experience, especially to help make sure anyone new coming in has the same kind of experience I did.

Hi Gotham! I’m excited to run for captain again. I’ve been part of the league for the past few years and really value the sense of community and inclusivity it creates. This past season was my first time captaining, and I’m proud we finished with a Silver medal! As a captain, I focus on building a team centered on support, fun, and inclusivity, all while embracing some healthy competition. I’d love the opportunity to captain again and bring that same energy to Division 10 :)

Hello friends, I’m genuinely excited to run for captain and ready to give it my full energy. After a few seasons, I wanted to wait until I could really show up for a team—not just to play, but to build a fun, supportive environment. As a captain I hope to gather a competitive team that’s also inclusive where every player feels like they belong. I would also like to design another jersey again as an added bonus.

Mitt Schwartz

Being a Captain in D10 has been a privilege. Each season, I focus on building a team that works well together on the court, connects off the court, and improves week by week. I value a positive and encouraging environment above all else. Whether you come to D10 to increase skill level or to hang out with friends every week, I want every player to get the most out of Gotham. I hope to return as Captain this fall to repeat another sweet and sticky season.

Morgan Mayes

The past three seasons in Gotham have given me so many great memories and some of the best friendships I ever could have asked for. Now, I’m running for captain to give back to the very community that’s given me so much. As a former college athlete, I understand the importance of fostering a team that works together, supports each other, and has fun doing so. As a captain, I can promise that you will always get my best, we’ll continue to grow together as players, and we’ll have a great time (and I’ll always provide candy).

Oliver Letona

Div_10_Oliver_Letona - SP26EOS

Hello everyone, Oliver here! Some of you may know me from Division 10, either as former teammates or as opponents facing each other on the court over past seasons. This past season I had the opportunity to step up as a first-time captain for the SETLENA’s team, where we brought the energy and the Gold Medal with our Bidi Bidi Bom Bom cheer and performance. Oh what an incredible experience that was, and it really showed me how much I enjoy leading, supporting, and bringing a team together. That experience meant a lot to me, and it’s something I would truly love to repeat. So, I’m asking for your support in electing me as team captain. I’m committed to making it fun, competitive, and a great experience for everyone involved. And it would make YAXHÁ happy too! 😉

¡Hola, guapos! As a captain I will work to ensure that D10 is welcoming and inclusive to all. I am an energetic leader who enjoys building community by bringing those around together- in Gotham and beyond - and I look forward to fostering connections between our teams and each other next season so we can be as united as we can be. I will support and cheer each one of you both on and off the court, and will work to make sure that your D10 experience is the most exciting and fun yet. Thank you for your support!

Why do I want to be captain? Honestly, I just want to create a team where everyone feels hyped to show up every week and I finally worked up the nerve to go for it so here I am, raising my hand. I'll bring a blend of volleyball knowledge and vibes. I can't wait to BUMP with you guys on the court!
