Power E Rep Candidates

I've done Power E or F for 4 seasons now, generally without also doing Division Play. Division Play creates a natural social environment because you get to bond with your team, whereas, in my opinion, creating a culture of community in Power classes requires more intentionality. As Power E rep, if elected, my priority would be growing and maintaining that culture, not only because it’s more fun :) but also because it hopefully results in players learning more: I believe it’s a lot easier to take risks in front of and receive feedback when you're comfortable with the people around you. I want to create a Power E class where people get to know each other so that we can leave the class better at volleyball and more connected to the community.
