Power F Rep Candidates

I’m interested in a Gotham leadership position because Gotham has become much more than a volleyball league to me—it’s a community where people can build friendships, find belonging, and feel comfortable being themselves. Having played across multiple divisions and coached for several seasons, I’ve experienced Gotham from different perspectives, and I want to use those experiences to help make the organization even more welcoming, connected, and fun. If elected, I would focus on strengthening community, communication, and inclusion. I’d like to create more opportunities for players—especially newer members, free agents, and those who may feel disconnected—to meet people and find their place within Gotham. I also want to continue building affordable, accessible social and volleyball events that bring people together beyond regular league play. Most importantly, I want leadership to feel approachable and collaborative. I believe the best ideas come from listening to the community and turning those ideas into action. My goal would be to help Gotham continue growing while protecting what makes it special: LGBTQIA+ community, friendship, competition, and a genuine sense of belonging
