"Why are you interested in this Gotham Leadership position and what do you wish to accomplish if elected?":
Aidyn Urena
I've been part of Gotham for three years, and that experience is exactly why I want to take on this leadership role. Being part of this program has shown me how much a welcoming environment matters, especially for players joining a new class — the first few weeks can feel intimidating, and how the class is run early on shapes whether someone sticks with it. If elected, my main goal is simple: make sure every player in the class learns, improves, and feels safe doing it. I want to help create a class environment where people feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes, regardless of skill level, so no one feels singled out or left behind. I want to give back to a program that's given me a lot, and help make the class experience a genuinely good one for everyone in it.
