Open Play

All open plays accept players that correspond to multiple Divisions (numbers) or Individual Power levels (letters).

Players who are new to Gotham, or those who have not played within the last three seasons, should best estimate their level of play and attend an open play that includes that level. Hint: review the descriptions on the Individual Power and Division Play pages to get a sense of lelevels within Gotham.

Current Gotham players may select events based on any level they have played in within the last three seasons (new as of Fall 2025: eligibility extends back three seasons instead of only to the current / most recent season)

Check available Open Plays below or directly on LeagueApps, paying attention to the time, date, and location of the program. Many events sell out quickly, so try to sign up early. Registrations open on Fridays at noon for all events in the upcoming week.

Reminder: only sign up for Open Plays for which you are eligible.

Arrive to the gym on time with your volleyball-appropriate clothes and shoes. The Gotham Leader on Duty (GLOD) will facilitate the event so that all players can have a fun time! The GLOD will also help determine the right level for future Open Plays for new players.
